• Preferably has property-related experience, preferably in Developer / Consultant / Valuation / Market Research /marketing analyst or similar position
• Male / Female, maximum 28 years old.
• Required skill : Analytical skills, Communication skills, Critical-thinking skills, Detail oriented
• Willing to be placed in summarecon malls project

• Gather data on consumers, competitors, and market conditions especially in Property, Retail mall, Area commercial
• Conducting Mall Research activities
• Prepare Monthly & Quarterly Regular Report
• Conducting Market Study in Retail Sector
